OT: stupid DIShonest people

man, o man, o man...i am pretty bent. first that stupid broad i hit is trying to get every last $$$ she can. she has a '96 camero and all the damage i caused was a door, fender, and possibly a front axel. i just found out she told them to total out her car and they are going to cut her a check.

BUT WAIT...it gets worse. my ins is claiming they never recieved pics of my car i faxed over and so they won't cover the full coverage i called for on Nov 24th (accident on dec 11th). my car has an approx $1200 damage...and they don't want to flip the bill of $700 (after my $500 deductible) for my car.

to top it all off...she is trying to claim injury to her RIGHT arm. WTF? how do you have injury to your right arm when the car was hit on the passenger side? i think she ment to claim her LEFT arm hurt. she's also claiming neck and back injuries. all i have to say is good thing my ins covers her injuries up to $50,000

what is wrong with this world and dishonest people???

at least she has insurance....i can't tell you how many people in TX run around w/no insurance (96% of them being illegal wetbacks with no license, but they have these stupid mexican-only cars that suck a nut and then they crash into everybody and can't even speak english...and they expect me to speak spanish? um, no thanks...goodness...they piss me off....and then they have the nerve to fly the mexican flag? um, okay...if you like mexico so much WHY DON'T YOU GO BACK????? stop stinking up my street and take a bath once in a while ) oh man..it pisses me off so bad. sorry, had to vent

damn you should see the prices here in florida from people doing that same thing. i pay like almost 3,000 yr for a 1990 and a 2000 honda civic. well good luck and keep fighting with them. there has to be a way!!!
